Privacy Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Minesha (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through The Peace-Driven Leader™ Activation Pathway (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Profile details: an optional avatar photo and personal profile fields you choose to fill in.
- Activation Pathway responses: the reflections and assessment answers you submit as you move through Connection, Awareness, Stabilization, and Activation - including sensitive topics like your triage/DiSC/strengths results, home life, family, and open-ended personal shares. You choose what to share.
- Payment status: a manually tracked billing status and renewal date. We do not process card payments or store card numbers on the Service - payment is coordinated directly with our team.
We also collect some information automatically:
- Session cookies: a single authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. It's essential to the Service and isn't used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Basic technical data (like request logs) generated by our hosting and database providers to keep the Service running securely.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account and keep you signed in.
- To run the Activation Pathway - saving your progress and responses so you can pick up where you left off.
- To let your ProTeam support you, based on what you've shared.
- To manage billing status, invoices, and renewals.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, invoices, or the Service.
4. Who Can See Your Information
Your Activation Pathway responses are visible to authorized members of your ProTeam - the account owner and any team members they've specifically granted access to. Team members can be given access to only part of the admin portal; not everyone on staff automatically sees everything.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us run the Service under their own confidentiality and security obligations, including our database/hosting provider and, when email sending is enabled, our transactional email provider (used only to send things like invoices and account notices).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Minesha, our users, or others.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a managed database with access restricted to our application's own secure service credentials - it isn't left open for public or anonymous access. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and export: you can request a copy of the responses and data associated with your account.
- Correction: you can update your profile and most responses yourself, or ask us to correct information you can't edit directly.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to anything we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons (like invoice records).
- Pausing your account: your account can be paused rather than deleted if you just need a break - your data stays intact and access resumes once it's reactivated.
To exercise any of these, contact us at admin@drminesha.com.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you return or as needed for legal, billing, or record- keeping purposes. You can request earlier deletion as described above.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and we'll let you know directly if a change is material.
