Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Peace-Driven Leader™ Activation Pathway (the “Service”), operated by Minesha (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service is a guided, four-phase onboarding experience (Connection, Awareness, Stabilization, and Activation) designed to help leaders offload their cares and stabilize their leadership and home life. It includes assessments, reflective prompts, progress tracking, scheduling links, and access to your ProTeam.

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Some parts of the Service require payment. Where a trial period is offered, it will be clearly identified in your account. If your subscription lapses or your account is marked expired, we may limit or pause your access to the Service until payment is resolved. Invoices and payment instructions are provided directly by our team; fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.

As you move through the Activation Pathway, you'll share reflections, assessment answers, and personal information (“Your Content”). You own Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a license to store, process, and use it solely to operate and improve the Service and to support your journey through it, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not sell Your Content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to any part of the Service not intended for you, including the admin portal.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Upload harmful code or use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Account owners and admins may invite team members into the admin portal and grant them access to specific areas of it. Anyone invited this way is responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure, and the account owner is responsible for what access they grant. Access can be revoked at any time by an admin.

The Service, including its design, content, curriculum, and materials (excluding Your Content), is owned by Minesha and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your payment lapses, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice first.

The Service is provided “as is.” It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. We make no guarantee about specific outcomes from completing the Activation Pathway.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minesha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [state/country to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
